      Pros

      Solid company, likes to grow employees for Sr. Positions internally, good benefits, supportive environment, environmentally conscious.

      Cons

      Salary is a little low. Chicago "tough" culture, very formal environment. Middle management is mixed. Swedish Corp. office keeps buying new companies and shaking things up.

      Pros

      Overall co-workers are good and most are easy to get along with.

      Cons

      No IT strategy in general. Most projects are fire-drills and treated as one-offs, but there is the expectation of a high-level of integration. Turnover is very high and technology is critically out of date for primary systems. IT is treated as a political problem and not about process and technology. Mindset is very short term, budgets are limited and communication overall is poor when it comes down to necessary information to do a job right.
