      Great pay and benifits, room for advancement

      Cons

      Long work hours, 12 hour shifts, not to bad but when covering vacation and shutdowns it can be very difficult on the body and your family.

      Great employees and lower level managers that can't implement real improvements, unfortunately

      Cons

      HQ in Europe out of touch with US division. Benefits and compensation great 15 even 10 years ago but not kept up with competition or inflation. Extremely limited opportunities for promotion or progression, little to no real training on processes , training program for new employees is no existent and OJT only Employee appreciation events slashed to save $$$ to maximize profits for corporate in Europe. Long hours plus Shift work has 100s of mandatory overtime hours due to not enough employees to cover vacations

      Great pay and benefits. I love my boss, he is very understanding and listens to your needs

      Cons

      Depending on which department you work for can greatly effect how your treated. Don't work for Tech Services (I can't even begin to tell you what a nightmare this department is)
