Safety is a priority Supported their staff during COVID interesting projects supportive and flexible management Useful and ethical business, with enough smarts to diversify

Cons

limited progress unless you leave your division no raises other than COL adjustment Some divisions are misunderstood and ignored by upper management, leading to them bleeding out their competitive edge

Pros

Employees can own shares. The company offers support to sick employees.

Cons

Horrible teams. Bullying and gender discrimination is encouraged. Rude and grumpy team mates. Most staff are not well educated...hence making changes can be very difficult. Stress levels in employees increasing due to horrible blame culture within the company.
