Department + People Work life balance At the heart of exciting energy projects

Cons

Suggested they weren’t going to give grads roles at end of the grad scheme - did offer me one in the end but myself and other that were able get external offers moved on. Poorly organized graduate scheme - little formal training - all down to your manager- I got lucky Minimal meritocracy- v.structured progression

Friendly Staff, Good Benefits and Relatively Good Pay

Cons

Due to Company Cuts, they had to let go of a lot of new graduates that were promised a full time position after the 2 year graduate program.
