Pay is as good or a little better than hospitals I've worked for
Cons
Everything is SO micromanaged. & too many layers of management. They really focus on the negative & finding errors, i.e. can score 100 percent on an audit, but if u are 1/10th of 1 percent below productivity, that's what you'll hear about.
