They don't offer shorted schedules. They are always working Understaffed to where the patient to tech ratio is dangerous. They put you on call to make up for unfilled shifts. They are the lowest paying hospital in Oklahoma. They play on your caregiver heart to abuse and use you. They want warm bodies to keep those press ganey scores high so the money comes in. No real regard for patient safety.

Management only focused on productivity and budget. Patient safety comes second here. No potential for serious advancement, unless you have a military background. Too many middle-managers who are completely out of touch with their employees and community.
