-Way more disorganized as a company than you would think -Pay for most positions is lower than their competitors, making it hard to attract/retain employees -They got rid of paid holidays (*supposedly* give you more PTO to cover it, so PTO has to cover holidays, vacation time, and sick days) -Not as much flexibility for WFH as they say -Not currently on their healthcare, but I've heard it sucks if you are not in St. Louis
