Pros

Really great people who work there and who are help and encouraging. You'll meet some life long friends.

Cons

Unit manager (Buffy Thompson) is horrible at her job. Never comes in to help when short staffed, and always uses the "I can't come in because I'm drunk excuse." She would rather risk patient's lives that than help with staffing after office hours. Never takes accountability for her mistakes. All the good nurses are gone now because of her rightfully so because they deserve so much more than bottom of the barrel management. Also very manipulative, and will throw you under the bus to protect herself. Have a workplace lawyer on you side if you work there in order to have some sort legal protection to have your back because she will come for your license and overall career.
