      Senior leadership at system leads by fear. Always has financial trouble

      Great benefits. Great people. Great mission.

      Cons

      Lacks strategic focus. System leaders lead by fear and micromanagement. Lacks strategy and not able to make decisions. Teams are paralyzed by a lack of decision making and accountability at system leadership. Marketing and strategy teams need new leadership to better prepare for the future. Revenue cycle continues to be an issue and they usually have to be on a financial improvement plan every couple of years because they do not plan accordingly. Start respecting each other and your teams. The high turnover should be an indication of leadership issues.
