      Pros

      Currently NONE exist. Can't think of any RRTs that are not considering jumping ship.

      Cons

      Too many to list. The only thing consistent is lack of appreciation, lack of benefits, lack of salary, and severe lack of staff.

      Pros

      They're a sympathetic group that seems to genuinely want to help their members. They are flexible on scheduling, with decent benefits and pay.

      Cons

      They just laid off several needed admin staff and just expect fewer people to do the same work. They did this in the middle of the month with zero notice to department heads or supervisors.
