      Politics of administration. Poor work/life balance. Struggle to manage values and mission in changing healthcare.

      Pros

      Located close to home and the school where my children attended. Small clinic, built a good rapport with providers and patients.

      Cons

      They are a large corporation with zero regard for the "little people". They bend rules for some & change them to get rid of others.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits: staring pay based on experience, excellent paid time off (23 days per year). Some good, quality employees.

      Cons

      Poorly run food service department. All department managers are barely competent or worse. The Executive chef doesn't communicate well, resulting in poor organization.
