Pros
SSM lives it’s mission statement. Your co-workers become your family; the camaraderie is nice. The physicians are understanding, open to new ideas and are easy to get along with. The pay is competitive and the clinic hours generally allow you to have plenty of time at home. Management/Team Leaders genuinely cares about their teams and want everyone to succeed.
Cons
Lazy employees are not terminated, you must use an SSM provider because insurance is provided through SSM WellFirst (it’s a monopoly).
