Although immediate Team leader and Director are outstanding, upper management is paternalistic and elitist

Pros

Co workers are dynamite and immediate management is outstanding.

Cons

Frequency of low census days, insurance is only fair with dental being totally inadequate. Received no raise for 2014, but upper management added another upper management position. Upper management is very much an old boys club and anti nursing. eliminated celebration of National nurses week , but maintained physicians appreciation day Hires too many anti christian physicians, which is inappropriate for a catholic faith based and owned hospital

Great benefits, especially vacation time. Coworkers are incredible. Company has bright future if good decisions are made.

Cons

Recent high turnover, VP's are quitting, no senior management right now, keep hiring people from companies that are tanking.
