Poor work distribution, doesn't adhere to mission, poor pay

HR is non existent , so hopefully you do not have to deal with that specific department ever. Pay scale could be more consistent, and positions should match your compensation. I was "promoted" to a position that required more responsibility and job duties, but I was never given a raise or title change. Unfortunately, my direct Supervisor was not able to make any changes formally because HR continuously created "roadblocks" and excuses as to why they were unable to make the formal changes for us. I guess this ultimately landing on me for accepting a new "position" without having written documentation for the change.
