Pros
I felt a sense of belonging and I was encouraged once I was hired.
Cons
Getting a call on the last day of my 3 weeks' notice to my employer from SSM saying that the offer has been rescinded was not how I anticipated starting at SSM. Although this was worked through, it did leave me with questions on how the overall experience at SSM would be. It did not end as I had anticipated but will say that you have to keep your eyes and ears open and go with your gut feelings.
