Pros

Benefits are decent and the people I work with are tolerable.

Cons

Many cons. I feel as if my pay is not adequate for the tasks that I am put up to. I have to have 2 jobs in order to sustain living expenses. We are short staffed and every time I state that I am only one person and can only do so much, nothing changes. I work well over 40 hours a week and have been looking elsewhere in order to have a more stable work-life balance. Many coworkers are not great to work with either, lots complain about their jobs, but never voice concerns like I do to leadership. Getting paid under 6 figures despite the average market value for my position being over 6 figures. Tried to negotiate salary at the beginning, but no budge. Definitely looking elsewhere!

Strong Caution

Pros

Access to physician lounge for free lunch

Cons

Severe understaffing, poor transparency, high turnover, poor leadership. Providers are governed by business managers and RN's who do not understand what services we provide and what we need for support. Strong focus on charges and billing rather than patient care. Lack diversity in leadership roles, poor awareness and effort in addressing DEI concerns within organization. Very poor compensation and benefits
