      Pros

      I love working in the operating room the managers of the schedule are amazing and super flexible. Level 1 trauma center so you get to see lots of different cases. Ability to scrub and circulate. NNOC union representation, which is an asset at all levels. Top management is not seen lack of transparency system wide. Everyone worth through there “chain of command” which makes communication difficult.

      Cons

      Limited tuition reimbursement. Low pay based on grid system and not up to par for the region.
