      Pros

      great pay, that's about it.

      Cons

      Health insurance, PTO, Upper management. Complete lack of diversity in system office. The culture that you're sold in the interview and in orientation is NOT the one you will experience day to day. There is nothing Christ centered about these people.

      Great team of employees.

      Cons

      SSM Health Care settled a 60 million dollar lawsuit regarding employee pension funds in June 2019. Madison employees were recently told they will no longer get paid holidays and their vacation time was also cut. Poor management at the top who think hospitals and clinics should be managed the same, even though they are very different operationally .
