Pros
Opportunity to work from home when needed. Very flexible schedule. Promotes from within. 4 weeks ETO available to use at time of hire. Great opportunities to job shadow and transfer to other departments.
Cons
Treatment of employees varies from department to department. Some departments treat you like scum and they've had a 100% turnover rate (including the supervisor!) in less than one year. Managers determine a lot. It is not the same across the board.
