      The experience of working in a hospital is invaluable.

      For a not for profit they don't pay employees as well as they could, which is a cause for our understaffed and burnt out staffing issue.

      Consistently Changing

      Pros

      The job duties are straightforward and easy to manage. It’s all in-house security, which provides a stable work environment. The PTO accrual is generous, about six hours every two weeks. Recent changes in management show promise for improvement. Depending on overtime, you can have 3-4 days off each week, which is a nice work-life balance.

      Cons

      The department struggles with consistency and communication. It feels like the Security Department is still figuring out how they want to operate. High turnover rate. Attendance policies are strict, and issues here can affect job stability.
