      Outstanding pay, supervisor definitely appreciates you and is very understanding and genuine.

      It's the upper people as far as management and directors that are ignorant.

      Pros

      A Great paid time off and emergency time off program. Pretty good at promoting within. Awesome employees and co workers at just about every site, and good health care practices. Pension that you donor have to pay into, but has been reduced significantly in the past couple years.

      Cons

      High turnover rate in some crucial job function areas due to the fact that they pay very poorly and will not negotiate pay or increase pay if you further your education. Used to have amazing medical benefits but that has severely declined in the past couple years.

      Pros

      Faith-based, Mission driven organization. Most coworkers are genuinely good to work with and support a positive environment. There are many opportunities to learn and opportunities for advancement and/or lateral moves to further your career development

      Cons

      Like any organization, there are some negative employees who try to bring the whole group down. Communication is not always the best from top to bottom to give a consistent message. We talk about innovation, but some of our culture is so traditional it doesn't seem that innovation could come from it in the current state.
