      Benefits are decent, they have a decent pto accrual.

      Cons

      Poorly coordinated management. Low wages and poor working conditions. No room for advancement in department or compensation for accreditation or experience, for training others or for having specialty experience

      Decent pay and PTO accrual

      Cons

      Management in the xray department is very poor. The manager will not be a part of the team. Instead acts much above the techs. Only concerned about herself and getting off work on time and do not bother her outside her work hours. This is my experience.
