      Some of the nurses do a great job.

      Cons

      Directors and HR commit a tremendous amount of catty gossip. Always wanting employees to do unethical things that the Missouri State Board would not like, I guarantee it. Lots of obscene things done and if you're one of the well liked employees you can do whatever you want. Many play obscene music every evening, constantly make up stories to get others in trouble.

      Pros

      Decent place to work with awesome coworkers. The facility was pretty nice, but the food in the cafeteria was terrible. I found hair in my omlette more than once.

      Cons

      The SSM merger brought a lot of negative policies with very little positives. I seriously found hair in my food on multiple occasions, that's pretty gross.
