      SSM Health is a non-profit hospital that truly believes in caring for the sick, regardless of ability to pay and puts their patients first. They expect excellence in providing care, good stewardship in utilization of resources and continually work on quality improvement. They believe in investing in their employees with continuing education to achieve quality. Actively participates in community events.

      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly, mostly populated with intelligent women and everyone is very positive. We strive to make work a relaxing and fun place. Lots of department parties and activities throughout the year like chili cook offs and outdoor events with tons of games and food. Very easy work and no superior tension with employees.

      Cons

      Not too many shifts to choose from, either 8- 430pm or 9- 530pm. Difficult shifts if you have kids in school.
