      Pros

      Faith based company, good upper management and leadership, forward thinking organization and business strategy, solid foundation (mission and values).

      Cons

      The only con is related to the overall economics of healthcare, however, the organization is focused on affordability of health care while maintaining quality, service, and excellence which is accomplished through the organization's mission and values.

      There are good people here, and they deliver great heath care. Community focused.

      Cons

      St Joseph Hospital- Management is so budget focused, they are out of touch with bedside nursing. More negative feedback at meetings and very little positive if all. Short-handed. High turnover.
