      Pros

      The hospital receives a lot of trauma patients with a variety of levels. You will get a lot of experience working here.

      Cons

      The Culture in the ER and there are way to many students in trauma bays. Staff is rude and not helpful as well.

      Pros

      Fast paced work environment with lots of opportunity to learn and experience different types of nursing. Management as improved since SSM has bought SLUH and work environment is now very patient focused. Weekend option allows for a more routine schedule (whether you work weekends or weekdays)

      Cons

      Working with learning inexperienced residents can get exhausting.
