Pros
great atmosphere - colleagues are great to work with and supportive good work/life balance - most of the time, you can get the time off you need
Cons
low pay - not in line with other companies in area, even though they say they are attendance policy is difficult - way to strict with no leeway little respect - management doesn't seem to care about employee contributions...decisions are made without consulting needs of workers
