Pros
The benefits are very good, they include Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, 403B, Retirement, Tuition Reimbursement. The salary is average to above average. The PTO program is very generous.
Cons
Annual raises are strictly based upon company financials from the previous year. There are no merit raises. When your hourly rate peaks for your job classification, you receive your raise in one lump sum. The only way to increase your wages is to move to a different position or department that has a higher job classification.
