Pros
Fair management and kind to all employees. Would recommend this employer to anyone in need of a patient services representative position. Great place to work.
Cons
Change is always needed and sometimes hard to accept. Time is needed to learn change and that is not always an option in the training side. Hands on training is best and should be taken for all employees so new process is understood.
