Pros

Great health benefits, PTO and events/giveaways. We also had opportunities to have fun by participating in department events.

Cons

It is a typical call center that doesn't do typical things. The morale is low because the physician's in the organization don't want the call center to even exist. They'd rather all things concerning their patients at their office. Doctors are beginning to leave SSM and branch out because no one supports the call center; it was rolled out as a pilot program that unfortunately was not setup to succeed from the onset.
