      Pros

      Till recently, has been a great place to work. Good benefits, every other weekend off, good work environment. High moral of employees.

      Cons

      Reduction of the number of employees and an increase in the work load has lowered moral and the quality of patient care. 6 day work weeks with zero tolerance for overtime. Company cares little about employee family life.

      Management wants to make sure you have what you need to do your job to the best of your ability. They work to put the patients and visitors needs first.

      Comfortable work environment. Each clinic is slightly different but I really appreciate my co-workers, the doctors, and my manager!
