      Pros

      Team leaders are awesome. Hiring process and interview very laid back and informal. Night shift people are awesome to work with. Great place for new grads to work and gain critical care experience. 2 nurses to a team along with a paramedic. Patient ratio 3:1.

      Patient population can sometimes be difficult to work with.
