      Pros

      Specialists easy to work with and are very helpful. Great health insurance. Receiving good training. Nurses are friendly and watch out for learning residents.

      Cons

      Attending do not allow residents into the physician dining room but will allow their PAs and NPs. This comes across as very disrespectful. Residents are paid less and also expected to pay for our own food.

      Good patient learning experience. Growing facility.

      Cons

      Bad, Bad team work!! no help from management. Terrible patient to nurse ratio!! 6-1. Heavy patient load that is not dispersed with other nurses.A lot of favoritism between management and most higher up staff.

      Pros

      The hospital receives a lot of trauma patients with a variety of levels. You will get a lot of experience working here.

      Cons

      The Culture in the ER and there are way to many students in trauma bays. Staff is rude and not helpful as well.
