Reasonable pay, various hours of shifts to work with schedules, many opportunities to increase pay such as career ladder testing, stands by mission statement

Cons

Some employees you work with are lazy and seem to care more about their paycheck than patients

Pros

Nice campus, free coffee, the work can be repetitive but is enjoyable.

Cons

Management in Support was horrible. Expect no support and to be treated very poorly. Loud, public berating, general disrespect on a daily basis. Can be a good entry point if you don't plan on staying in that department. Call center has a much happier staff and same opportunity, though.
