      Pros

      Very friendly staff with heavy emphasis on patient care and satisfaction. You can be on a first name basis with the CEO and VP as they try to make the environment very warming and welcome for everyone.

      Cons

      I guess you have a decent number or online assignments as well as classes that stress the importance of community. Not really that big of a con considering the upside of those training sessions...

      Mission-driven employees who are dedicated to their work; being a part of very important work

      Cons

      Approach isn't to pay top in market so the pay is mediocre and not performance based; newly structured benefits are much more costly than in the past (much like all other organizations); culture supports the do more with less mentality without much regard for work life balance
