      Pros

      The mission keeps you centered. You will work with some of the kindest, most genuine people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      The mission sets us apart, but it seems stronger in the front line staff (as it should be) but it is often not carried out in leadership. There seems to be a vacuum of training and experience from mid level leadership up.

      Pros

      Supportive environment, the mission of providng excellent care. Lots of opportunities inside the organization to grow and learn new skills, supportive of staff development and education. I feel very positive about my job and the organization. The people that I work with are the best reason to work here.

      Cons

      Healthcare can be very challenging, and we face those same challenges. I think we do a good job of finding a positive solution to isses that come our way.
