Pros

Some opportunities to work from home.

Cons

Every decision the company makes revolves around their profit. Staff are over worked and underpaid and this has a direct affect on patient care.

Pros

Low wage employees receive free or reduced priced prescription co-pays. Insurance coverage is very good and well priced.

Cons

Horrible compensation structure. An employee will get more of a raise when making a lateral move than they will by staying in their department and receiving an annual cost of living 3%. The compensation is structured so that employees who are considered and compensated as entry level are required to have a level of expertise in the call center environment that far exceeds the competency they are being compensated for. Managing a team of underpaid workers is awful!
