      Pros

      Mission and great people working together to make a difference in caring for patients.

      Cons

      Senior system management is out of touch with employees and facilities. No true leadership and strategy. Environment of fear, micromanagement and criticism. No knowledge on how to run health system. Brings mission and values to justify poor decision making. Lacks focus. Identity crisis and will not allow others to respectfully disagree with system if located at a facility.

      Pros

      I loved the people there! Everyone was always very positive and welcoming. Definitely a small company feel.

      Cons

      It's not the same as a large corporate firm, so it sometimes lacked that level of structure in assignments.

      Pros

      Great friends made. Most everyone has a pretty good understanding of what they need to give to the Administration portion of the Foundation Employees to complete their work.

      Cons

      Foundation has no place to advance to. Pay has decreased and 401K contributions taken away. We are watching it become a weaker and weaker company. And we are paying the price for it.; The leadership is letting us pay the price. No apologies. No offers of other jobs.
