Business Outlook
Pros
Love that the company is very family oriented and understanding when situations occur. There is always the open door policy that seems to be true. Enjoy the people that work with very much but most of the time we are overworked and under payed for everything that is expected of us.
Cons
Salaries are not comparable to other companies and should be reviewed most people are doing the work of two for less than pay of one person. Management is not very forth coming when their are changes till the changes have already been put into effect.(no say on employee end) Departments do not work very well together and continue to try and pass off responsibilities on each other. Needs IT that will stay and work
