Insurance used to be great (now have a $600 deductable, higher premiums, PT employees pay double for premiums, $50 p/p surcharge to cover spouse, & pay % for xrays & labwork)
Step too much into your private life (won't hire tobacco users-even ecigs, and check FB status)
Management is a joke ( upper management is oblivious to what the true Pt. experience is, have unrealistic expectations for employees, manipulate employees by bending the truth)
In 2014 raises will be frozen (so for housekeepers, they wont get their measely $.20 yearly raise-such a shame)
I've seen this company fire hundreds of people in one swoop then fill up again on management. Only to fire a few hundred more a couple years later.
The saddest part is that they advertise to new hires that it is easy to grow in the company. Some employees do manage to grow but many (most in support services) apply to transfer to other departments and are turned down-even with college degrees! Too often we have seen people off the street hired before transferring current employees.
