      Pros

      Great work environment, opportunities for growth, great co-workers, good benefits. The departments work well with each other. I worked in the pharmacy department for three years and had a wonderful experience.

      Cons

      It is difficult to come up with "cons", but I would say the management turnover in the pharmacy during my last year there made things a bit difficult for our department. Expectations would change without seeking much input from the staff.

      Pros

      Great overall atmosphere!! Tuition Assistance, Benefits, Flexible schedule, depending on what unit you are on you have people who are willing to help. Who you are working with defines what type of day you will have.

      Cons

      Management has it picks. If they don't care for you your days will be numbered or they will nitpick until you leave! And every thing is about the budget! This is a numbers driven environment!
