      Pretty facility, nice location. Good insurance premiums.

      Cons

      Terrible staffing, all about numbers, even when safety has been pointed out. It's not about the employees, it's all about the budget. Having managers run departments that they have no proir experience or skills in.

      Benefits are OK with 403b, pension, medical insurance (HMO.) Some good doctors in their network. Some caring nurses and support staff. Good IT and biomedical staff.

      Cons

      Hostile, micromanaged work environment. Low pay. No advancement opportunities. HR covers up wrongdoings by supervisors and managers.
