Pros
Great networking opportunity, worked with some very intellegent people. Was able to gain an incredible knowledge base in an agressive work environment.
Cons
The group that I lead was referred to as "a cancer that needed to be cut out" by our executive director. So much for employee engagement! Aggressive and unrealistic metrics from the top were met by manipulation/short cuts of procedures and surveys by the frontline employees.
