Pros

-hit or miss if you get good people to work with, good culture is encouraged -opportunity to learn -career growth opportunity

Cons

-people down below don't get bonuses or hazard pay even when handling hazardous illnesses... -PTO is not paid out, if they expire and you don't use it? u lose it. -have to bring a doctors note if you're out sick more than two days regardless the issue. -voice your concerns with yearly surveys to see how they're doing but will do nothing and everything will be the same -frequent system updates without warning, you will have to relearn the system all over again. -outdated, broken office equipment (i sit in a chair with two screws and taped my arms of armchair together because the foam is almost gone. took the office yeaaaaaaaaaaars to get a new printer we had a 70's looking and working printer) -you're expected to do more than just your job. -respect from doctors is non existent, doesnt matter if upper mgt gets involved, they dont say anything to them its rare to find one who is respectful.

Pros

Clean building, decent PTO and 401k match

Cons

The manager is not compassionate, knowledgeable or a good mentor. The turnover in the department is because of her.

Pros

Remote work & flexible schedule.

Cons

Staffing restructures are often and inevitable. They have a "consultancy" model currently which was poorly thought through and even more poorly implemented. LOTS of unhappy employees. You can never seem to ask questions without it being taken as complaining or criticism. They talk with their teams about not venting to other team members because they don't want any kind of negativity. Leadership is toxic.
