Clean, new environment and friendly staff. Union supportive of nurse priorities.

Cons

Resistant to increase pay and don't appreciate non agency nurses that work on the floor. They try to retain the younger nurses fresh out of nursing school.

Expect you to do other people's jobs and pick up their slack all while doing your own work. No support from manager. Won't nudge on pay
