Pros

PTO, 40 hour sick time a year

Cons

management, not allowed to sit down unless off the clock, no free meals even with a 12 hour shift and it costs $6 for a bottle of soda and they only pay you $800 for 2 weeks, raises are impossible to get, lazy people are praised, hard workers get no recognition, EVERYTHING is broken and they’re very very racist

Pros

At Sanford tap you get 50% off food and can order from the kids menu. This is about all that's good.

Cons

They have a clearly preferred race. These people use that to their advantage to brake the rules and not have any consequences. They will speak in another language about you to complain. They also treat anyone with a disability like a landmine that you have to walk on eggshells around. Which as someone who decided to not disclose my disability was aggravating. However, the worst part of the job is that even after being assaulted by a coworker they will not give you a way to contact HR and will make you work with that person often. There's also a targeting problem with managers where no matter what you do, you will get spoken to rather rudely. You will also not be trained on things but expected to do them. They also have times where cashiers with no kitchen training are expected to cook to keep the place from sinking under the pressure of rush. You will be punished for being sick including with covid (unless you disclose a disability because then eggshells). There about 5 or 6 managers who finding one is like waiting for a shooting star. Then you've got to make sure you find one that can actually do their job. Save yourself the headache from being belittled and treated like dirt.
