Understaffed Managers do not respect you and try to add they work into yours All upper management and regular management work in cahoots if they don’t like you Unfair treatment As a black woman I faced discrimination/passive racism from several of my managers.

Inconsistent hours No progression Employ anyone then expect you to pick up slack Management green light to make mistakes with no consequences Regular bonus removal Pay rises not in line with government Regular benefit removal Lack of communication Neglecting H&S for financial gain Managers green light to live in office Company cares so little half the team get a long service "award" they company forgets about the rest - makes you feel great
