Cons

Please Avoid this place at all costs. the Most toxic environment i have ever worked in my life. The main manager bullies his staff and treats them horribly. Pros

The bonus structure is competitive and rewards high performance. I had the opportunity to work with some incredibly talented and supportive people; I made great connections during my time here. The role provides a high degree of autonomy in managing day-to-day operations.

Cons

Work-life balance is a significant challenge. The demands are high, and there's a strong expectation to be constantly available, which can lead to burnout. There is frequent turnover in upper management. This constant leadership change results in shifting goals and a lack of consistent strategic direction, which makes it difficult to plan and execute long-term.
