Pros

Open leadership, challenging environments and good colleagues. SSP is a great place to work at Head Office level and the support teams really recognise some of the challenges faced by the grass roots operators.

Cons

Being in the middle of a recession ahs affected SSP - there is less investment in capex projects, less inivestment in IT and less people around to do the work!
