      i work at SSP since 3 months as a team member,

      Unfair shift, bad management, lazy supervisor, bad training, bad communication so many work to do in that shop.

      Not much. I met some great people at my level who I have stayed friends with but this has nothing to do with the company

      Number one and most important - this company does not care about its staff. You come in at a lower than management level and they run you into the ground. Far too much pressure, ridiculous clique management who only promote themselves, pay is TERRIBLE, the CEO is interested in profit only, and the company doesn't care about its brand in the slightest, just MONEY. Ever wonder why they're always recruiting? Because people last on average three months before realising that life is not worth working for this company. AVOID
